Be Here Now!

I am inspired by people that are aware! Those that have found that inner connection to that which is greater than themselves.

The most important rule to remember most of us learned as small children. It is the "Golden Rule". I learned it as, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."  This appears in numerous cultures around the world in various forms.

Islam     "No one is a believer until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself."

Buddhism   "Hurt not others with that which pains yourself."

Sikhism    "As thou deemest thyself so deem others."

I am you and you are me and we are all in this together.

Poetry by ME Brannon

Losing Me, Losing You

If I lose faith in you, I lose faith in me.
'cause you are me and I am you
and we are all in this together.
When the chips are down, who will step right up?
to pay the ultimate price the great huckster requires?
I see no volunteers,
no one rushing to give...only those conscripted and stripped of their will report.
No one stands for me, I stand for myself, and as we all, I stand alone.

True Love Excluded

If I don't believe in you, I don't believe in me,
For I am you and you are me
and we are all in this together.

I Am Stone

I enter there

Sidestepping this

Outcroppings draw me

I see the rocks

I look at the rocks

Sidestepping further

I’m within the rock

I am one with the rock

I am stone

Eternal

Layered

Weathered and worn

Bones of life

We are one

The best poem ever:

Row, Row Row your boat, gently down the stream.

Merrily, Merrily, Merrily

Life is but a dream!

Is it just me or do you see a ghostly face?
